Exchange and Refund Policy:

1. You can only return products to us that were purchased directly from the Website. If you purchase your products from  en  retail store.  We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which have no have not been returned in accordance with the stipulations and we may ask you to pay the transport costs for the return of each merchandise to the place of delivery indicated.

2. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with our products or wish to cancel your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of your order, and you will be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of this article, provided that:

a- that the products are returned in a packaging allowing them to be transported without delay to the address mentioned on the return form included in your package,

b- that the products are in their initial state, without having been damaged, stained, washed, modified or worn (with the exception of the fitting), by enclosing the original packaging and all accessories relating to the products, such as as the packaging, labels or instructions for use, as well as the original invoice. If the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, this period is extended until the next working day. For any purchase made on our Website, requests for withdrawal, regardless of the delivery method, must be sent to us via the form included in your order, or by any other means of your choice explicitly expressing your desire to withdraw.
